1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions:

  • “We”, “Us”, “Our” refers to Tennis Logic, operating in New South Wales, Australia.

  • “You”, “User”, “Client” refers to any person or entity using our services.

  • “Service” refers to video analysis, performance reports, insights, and related digital products provided by Tennis Logic.

  • “Report” refers to any PDF, dashboard, insights, recommendations, or analytics delivered to you.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, submitting content, purchasing a service, or receiving any report from Tennis Logic, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

3. Eligibility

You must be:

  • At least 18 years old, or

  • Have parental/guardian consent if under 18.

Coaches or guardians submitting content on behalf of a player confirm they have legal permission to do so.

4. Services Provided

Tennis Logic provides:

  • Match and training video analysis

  • Tactical, technical, and decision-making insights

  • Data-driven performance reports

  • Educational and development-focused feedback

All services are advisory and analytical in nature.

5. No Coaching or Medical Advice

Our services:

  • Do not replace professional tennis coaching

  • Do not provide medical, physical, injury, or rehabilitation advice

  • Are not guarantees of performance improvement or match outcomes

You acknowledge that applying insights is done at your own discretion and risk.

6. Use of Artificial Intelligence & Data Models

Our analysis may involve:

  • Machine learning models

  • Pattern recognition systems

  • Aggregated data from elite-level tennis matches

Insights are probabilistic and interpretive, not absolute or deterministic.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Upload content you own or have rights to

  • Ensure videos do not violate privacy, copyright, or laws

  • Provide accurate information

  • Use reports for personal development purposes only

You must not misuse, resell, or misrepresent our reports.

8. Intellectual Property

All content produced by Tennis Logic, including:

  • Reports

  • Graphics

  • Analysis frameworks

  • Language and structure

Remains the intellectual property of Tennis Logic.

You receive a non-transferable, personal licence to use your report.

You may not:

  • Resell

  • Redistribute

  • Publish publicly

  • Train AI models on our reports

Without written permission.

9. Video & Content Rights

By uploading videos, you grant Tennis Logic a limited licence to:

  • Analyse the content

  • Generate reports

  • Improve internal systems (in anonymised form)

We do not claim ownership of your videos.

10. Payments & Pricing

  • All prices are in AUD

  • Payment must be made in full upfront

  • Prices may change without notice

  • GST will be applied where required by law

11. Refund Policy

Due to the custom and digital nature of our services:

  • No refunds once analysis has commenced

  • No refunds for change of mind

  • No refunds based on dissatisfaction with outcomes

This is compliant with Australian Consumer Law for custom digital services.

Your statutory consumer rights are not excluded.

12. Turnaround Times

Any timelines provided are estimates only.

Delays caused by:

  • Poor video quality

  • Incomplete submissions

  • Technical issues

Are not grounds for refund.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Tennis Logic is not liable for:

  • Performance outcomes

  • Match results

  • Injuries

  • Loss of income

  • Indirect or consequential losses

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

14. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).

15. Third-Party Tools & Platforms

We may use third-party tools (e.g., video platforms, analytics software).

We are not responsible for:

  • Third-party outages

  • Data loss beyond our control

  • External platform terms

16. Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, compliant with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

17. Confidentiality

We treat all uploaded content and reports as confidential, except where:

  • Disclosure is required by law

  • Content is anonymised for internal improvement

18. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if you:

  • Breach these Terms

  • Misuse services

  • Engage in unlawful behaviour

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of:
New South Wales, Australia

You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of NSW courts.

20. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
